Jenna is so knowledgeable and has made such a positive impact on my life! She never judges me, and she creates such a safe space for me to talk to her about anything. I feel heard, understood, and supported by her every session. She gives me the tools I need to make better choices and create a healthier lifestyle for myself. I’ve been going to Jenna for 5 months now, and I’ve been making some really great breakthroughs that my friends and family have noticed. I really enjoy her personality as a therapist and I recommend her to anyone who has felt like they aren’t making the progress they want to make with past counselors. Jenna is really great at giving gentle pushback rather than only praise, which I think has lead me to make the most growth in how I see myself and others. Highly recommend!
