"Hello, I'm Jenna. Your life story is full of successes and struggles, pain and joy, and we can work together to create a life that has meaning and that you’re proud of. I have worked with clients ranging from those doing well in life but still having issues they want to improve, to clients who felt they've hit rock bottom, lost everything, and felt hopeless. I helped them rebuild their life. Wherever you fall on that range, there is hope for you. I will provide a safe space of acceptance for you to figure out who you are and who you want to be, without pressure or judgment. Through your courage, hard work, and vulnerability, you can reach your treatment goals. We can work together for you to realize your inner strength, find your voice, and reach your full potential. You are worthy of happiness, purpose, and fulfillment. I hope I get the privilege to hear your story and be part of your healing process. I have over 6 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling in all types of settings, from private practice and community agencies to prisons. I have my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I hold two licenses: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDCIII). Currently, during the day, I work as a Clinical Director and in the evening, I am a telehealth counselor here on SonderMind. My specialties include addiction, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, life transitions, narcissistic personality disorder, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, trauma, and multicultural/diversity issues. I believe in the importance of creating a therapeutic environment that is inclusive and respectful of all backgrounds and identities.
