Getting to know Jenna Riem

Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and/or relationship challenges? If so, you've come to the right place. I hold a Master's in Art Therapy from Adler University, and my ultimate goal is to create a safe, energetic, and creative space for you to process and explore your emotions and needs. I want you to feel at ease, open, and simply be yourself each session. Here, you will know you matter, and that your story is worth exploring.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In session, I utilize multiple modalities to enrich the therapeutic process, including art therapy, DBT, CBT and person centered approaches. That, along with a healthy dose of appropriate humor, I strive to create a relaxed and inviting environment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

At Head First, it is our mission to empower you to have a better relationship with yourself in order to optimize your potential and live a meaningful life. We do this by: believing in a holistic way of healing, honoring the brain-body connection, and specializing in evidence based, short term therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, ERP and Mindfulness.
