Together, we can help you find greater self-acceptance, understanding, insight, and peace with yourself and with others. I specialize in working with polyamorous individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those struggling with depression and anxiety. I’m experienced in working with trauma and attachment-related challenges. I believe in creating safety for marginalized individuals and combating stigma. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work, which has equipped me with the skills to support you on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is very warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental; I believe in building a strong therapeutic bond together through which I can support you while also thoughtfully nudging you toward change. I’m interested in learning about you as a whole person, including your past, your upbringing, your relationships, and your present challenges. I am committed to providing culturally-competent care and I specialize in working with members of the LBGTQIA+, Sex Work, Kink/BDSM, and Polyamory/ENM communities.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically offer 1x/week therapy for 45 minutes (longer and more frequent sessions are available if needed). My sessions are very free-form and client-directed--I am here to listen, guide and explore with you based on what you show up with that day. I will keep in mind your goals as a roadmap to help steer us through the session.
