What is your typical process for working with clients?

Jenni specializes in working with LGBTQ+ teens, teens struggling with perfectionism, and anxiety management. Jenni incorporates EMDR, Art Therapy, DBT, CBT into her work to help address trauma, mood regulation and growing skills that clients can use outside of the session.
