I am a first generation Ghanaian-American woman who enjoys working with emerging adults with different backgrounds and issues including with anxiety, depression, and life concerns such navigating interpersonal relationships, employment, family dynamics, identify and self-worth. I wholeheartedly believe that our emotional well-being is of vital importance of our overall health. You deserve to take care of yourself by pursuing joy, peace, freedom and healing in all ways that are meaningful to you. Therapy is a transformative means towards this end and while a journey may be a difficult one, it is well worth it.
