Hello my name is Jennifer Baker, LMFT and I enjoy working with teens, parents, and young adults dealing with anxiety and/or depression.

I often utilize a client centered strength based approach.

I enjoy helping people learn ways to manage stress in order to get back to living a life they desire.

My journey to therapy
I have always wanted to be a therapist since I was a young girl as I believe it comes natural to me to help others.

I work with client's to develop goals they would like to work on in treatment.
My first session with you
My first few sessions are focused on assessing in order to learn more about the client, their needs, challenges, strengths in order to develop a plan to help them achieve the goals we come up with together.
