Together, we identify goals that are both meaningful and attainable while exploring the emotional and behavioral patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Throughout the process, I aim to help clients build greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop proactive strategies that can be applied outside of session. Therapy with me is collaborative and adaptive- balancing support, reflection, and gentle challenge- with the understanding that growth often comes from learning to approach oneself and life experiences with greater honesty, insight, and intention.
