I want to help guide you to places within your mind that can support you in breaking through past trauma or current difficulties. Together, we will find the best approach to address what you’re going through, considering the connection between mind, body, and soul. As a therapist, my approach is supportive, direct, and kind. I have worked in community mental health with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Argosy University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care.
