For much of my career, I have worked with adolescents and their families. Life’s challenges can affect our ability to feel and function at our best, and I take pride in building trusting relationships that help clients develop the skills they need to navigate stressors effectively. I have experience supporting individuals coping with anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and have been a licensed, practicing social worker for nearly 20 years. My background includes work in residential treatment, private practice, and school-based social work, where I’ve supported children, adolescents, and their families.
