Hi there! I'm JJ.
Do you keep finding yourself in challenging relationships? Or do you find yourself struggling to break a pattern of behavior you've tried to conquer for years? Do feelings of grief and loss weigh you down? Or have you lost hope that your problem could be resolved?
Whatever challenges might bring you to a place of seeking support, I am willing to partner with you as you journey to seek healing and restoration. I believe change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.
I aim to provide an environment of compassion and support to help you overcome obstacles to move forward and thrive. I use an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client to help them meet their personalized goals. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Aurora University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?
Our first couple of sessions are simply getting to know one another and making sure that we are a good fit. As I grow in my understanding of what brings you to therapy, we will collaborate on your specific treatment goals. We will periodically reevaluate our work to make sure that our therapeutic process is creating the benefits you are looking for.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
