Getting to know Jennifer Browning

I have been working as a therapist (licensed clinical social worker) in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have a wide variety of experience: Depression, Anxiety disorders, Trauma, Relationship distress, Codependency, substance abuse issues, crisis work, as well as working with the military population. I have worked mostly in outpatient settings, but have also worked inpatient, partial hospitalization, telephone counseling, and mobile crisis. I have enjoyed providing clinical services in mental health since graduating with my master's degree in Social Work in 2002. I am licensed in the states of Florida and California. My approach is eclectic, often utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Processing for trauma (CPT), Exposure therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as Present Centered Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapies. Each client has different needs and concerns, so I take time to get to know the individual and what truly works for them.
