Are you struggling with finding healthy ways to cope? Life can be pretty stressful and overwhelming for a variety of reasons. Relationships, family issues, parenting, work, school, daily functioning, responsibilities, social struggles can all become difficult to cope with. I believe it is important to collaborate with the client to find out what they would like to gain from attending therapy so that goals can be attained while facing these challenges. I assist all ages from children to adults working on issues individually, as a couple or as a family. I also specialize with individuals struggling with addiction and parents seeking parenting skills. I assist in making positive changes in a non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment. I am there to support you and help you reach these goals by providing coping skills and tools that are suited for your personal needs in a healthy manor. I believe that therapy is a place for self discovery to explore feelings, thoughts and learn about who you are.
