I utilize a variety of clinically-informed interventions and modalities to assist clients with gaining insight into their mental health, building resilience and meeting individual therapeutic goals. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is person-centered, which allows for the development of a safe, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship.

In my professional and personal experience, the relationship between a therapist and client plays a critical role in the therapeutic process. The therapeutic relationship greatly impacts the effectiveness of therapy and treatment outcomes. A $99 cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment.
