I'm real, down to earth, approachable, and I use humor in our sessions. I don't think therapy should be stale, cold, or sterile. You’ll see that I practice with a nonjudgmental and transformation in mind while sprinkling a lot of compassion all around. I may have gone through lengthy and specific training/education to be in the role I am but that doesn’t make me any better than you or the “expert” of your life. You’re the expert of your life and I have the skill set to help guide you to make meaningful changes in your life.
