We specialize in working with couples, creatives, intuitive individuals, with ADHD, Anxiety, or Depression, and anyone seeking deeper meaning in life and work. Our holistic adult, adolescent and couples counseling model is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transpersonal and Positive Psychology.
What should a new client know about working with you?
We offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), ADHD Coaching, Reiki Therapy, professional supervision, journaling instruction and creative therapy groups. Together, you will envision, create and embody your best self; using deep self-compassionate, curiosity, non-judgmental honesty, and when possible, a sense of humor.
