Getting to know Jennifer Convissor

Now, more than ever, life circumstances can create barriers to our happiness. There are times that we can’t see through the fog of depression, quiet our mental static, or motivate ourselves to do basic tasks. The good news is, you made it here - identifying the need & seeking help are the most important steps towards change. My holistic practice has its roots in my early Buddhism studies, Reiki practice and love of creative arts. Becoming a clinical social worker, only enhanced and informed my natural desire, to help reframe and motivate myself and other through life challenges. My specialty is helping draw connections between past and present to; identify patterns, disarm triggers and discover an essential sense of peace. I have always been drawn to service and demystifying the puzzle of the mind. For over 35 years, my way into the mystery has always been a meditative form of journaling, which I now teach in my free online course and with a guided journal called, “Journaling for Non-Journalers”, published in 2021. I’m also a mother of two, animal lover, love hiking and playing guitar in my spare time. My clients are smart, creative individuals, looking to make positive changes in their lives.
