I hold a Master's in Social Work from Simmons University and have extensive experience supporting postpartum and perinatal women, parents, couples, and individuals. I specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, domestic violence, grief, loss, infertility, marital challenges, and communication difficulties.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before the first session, a 15-minute consultation will be conducted to determine if there is a good fit between the client and therapist. If the client chooses to proceed with services, forms and additional information will be provided for completion prior to the first session. During the initial session, the therapist will gather information about the client's physical, mental, and family history, and collaboratively establish the goals for therapy.
