I provide DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is about providing tools and solutions to help individuals and couples achieve mood stabilization decrease impulsivity , decrease anxiety, improve communication and improve ability to manage stress. I also provide practical strategies to address the issues and behaviors related to ADHD. I provide direct, solution focused services because I believe that providing individuals with the tools they need is one of the most effective ways of empowering them to help themselves.
