Dr. Jennifer was very welcoming and clear with her communication. She was clear about her roll in the process of matching me with the best therapist. She also explained the process of what therapy would be and what we would work on. I felt very comfortable speaking to her and answering the questions she was asking.

Very easy and open communication. She listened and asked questions to help her and I better understand what all I needed. Loved her welcoming attitude that made it feel like I’m talking to someone I already knew.

Ms. Jennifer is very personable and professional. She is not just professional, but she is helpful. She made me feel relaxed and it was easy to speak with her and try new strategies to address my needs.
I like the staff at Edgecare, and the therapist Ms. Jennifer is down to earth and makes me feel so comfortable. I am so glad I connected with her. I found her on psychology today and looked at her on the website and knew after talking to her, she was a good fit for me.
I had a really great experience when I talked with Ms. Edge. She helped me tremendously with my 10-year-old son and his anger issues. My son was skeptical about therapy and surprise me every time when its time for therapy with a sense of anticipation and a genuine desire to talk with Ms.Edge about his week and the strategies he used in school. She has a way of making telehealth therapy for my son feel like she is sitting in the same room with him.
It was so lovely to connect with a therapist that has a great personality and is professional at the same time. Its so refreshing to speak with her about our concerns about our mother and feel heard. Ms. Edge is very knowledgeable and knows how to make my family feel comfortable. I connected my grandmother with her, and she loves talking with her every week. I can see the change in my grandmother and feel like Ms. Edge is a godsend to our family.
