She stays flexible with her methods and may use multiple approaches throughout the course of therapy. Jen is direct and honest but also reassuring. Her goal is to work collaboratively with clients toward positive change. In her spare time, Jen enjoys working out, hiking in the mountains, exploring new restaurants, watching movies, spending time with family, hanging out with friends, and is a sucker for game nights.
