Jennifer Fuller is the Founder of Fuller Counseling Group. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field and has maintained a successful private practice in the Andersonville and Ravenswood area since 2009. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, IL.
Jennifer has extensive experience working in both private practice and community mental health settings. She works with individuals, adults, adolescents, couples, and families, specializing in treating mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders; addictions including drug and alcohol disorders as well as eating disorders; relationship issues; struggles associated with infertility; trauma-related difficulties; life-stage adjustment issues; and self-esteem and identity concerns. Jennifer strives to create a collaborative and goal-oriented environment and is committed to providing a space where clients feel safe discussing difficult issues openly. She offers a calm and direct presence for clients to explore their patterns, cycles, and transitionary issues, supporting both chronic and short-term challenges.
Jennifer utilizes several therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual client. She is strongly rooted in and subscribes to Adlerian, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and interpersonal therapy. She works with clients to foster a strengths-based environment where they can gain new insights into their lives and patterns, enabling behavior change and insight that lead to more positive ways of living. Jennifer believes that through a strong therapeutic relationship, clients gain the skills needed to make the positive changes they seek in life and develop a more optimistic outlook.

Love Fuller! I’ve been seeing Jennifer for almost two years—she’s great. She’s easy to confide in, gives actionable advice, plus she has the memory of an elephant, seriously. We connected my husband with another person in Fuller group named Courtney and he likes her, too. It’s a good business that feels more homey and hospitable compared to these massive on-demand telehealth groups. That’s my opinion.

I've been seeing Jennifer for several years, she has been an incredible support. Always prompt and reliable, she respects my time and our schedule. Her active listening skills are exceptional; she truly hears what I am saying and responds with empathy and understanding. She has a unique ability to draw me out, encouraging me to explore my thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I feel a deep sense of connection and relatability, which has been crucial in building a long-standing and trusting relationship. She shows flexibility in adapting to my changing needs over time (frequency, handling of issues). Above all, it is evident that she genuinely cares about my well-being.
