Hello, my name is Jennifer, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? Or struggle with feeling overwhelmed by stressors and unsure how to manage the emotions that follow? Do you find it difficult to set healthy boundaries with family members? Have a history of trauma that impacts your daily living?
It takes a great deal of courage to take the step forward and seek support and guidance to strengthen your mental and emotional health. I believe everyone needs their voice to be heard and their emotions validated in an unbiased space. I am here to provide you with that safe space.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. Let’s work together to build a stronger foundation for you.
What should a new client know about working with you?
During the first session, I will gather information to better understand you and what direction you would like to take in your treatment. In subsequent sessions, we will explore the roots of the presented issues and build on knowledge and understanding and strengthen coping skills. I will be there for you to listen and provide support, guidance and solutions, whether you need to be heard or need problem-solving. I take pride in the compassion I provide all my clients.
