It was my first session with Jen, but I feel like it will be a productive time.

First of all the room is so hot and I can’t breath there. And second of all, when I told her I need someone to who was trained in trauma therapy with specific IFS background, she said she doesn’t have it. Then the most surprising part is she keep pressuring on me to share my “ symptoms” and even I showed reluctance to share. She kept pushing until I had to flee out of her office.
