Many of Jennifer’s clients come to therapy feeling like it’s a last resort, unsure why they’re struggling or how past experiences have shaped their self-worth. Jennifer is passionate about helping clients understand their own stories, find clarity, and feel more empowered and self-compassionate. She gently guides clients to recognize their value, find emotional balance, and feel less reactive in their daily lives. Jennifer knows firsthand how scary it can be to start therapy and how important it is to feel seen and heard. She has experience conducting individual and group sessions for clients who are children 3+, adolescents, and adults.
