I am a licensed therapist in Montana, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Arizona, and Colorado, and a nationally registered art therapist. I graduated from Mount Mary College in 2015 with a master's degree in Art Therapy Counseling. I have worked in residential treatment, educational settings, and addiction treatment. I have experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. My work includes supporting individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and severe and persistent mental illness. I provide care using person-centered and trauma-informed approaches. I engage with clients empathetically, allowing them to be the experts on themselves while I guide the therapeutic process.
