I like to take the time to understand the broader context of my clients’ lives, including their personal histories and current stressors, so we can identify meaningful patterns and work toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems perspectives. Together, we work to increase clarity, strengthen coping skills, and support growth in the areas of life that matter most to you.
