I have worked in crisis therapy and management for over 12 years. I am a crisis trained therapist. I also am certified in DBT; CBT; Solution Focused therapy and am trained in EMDR. I have experience in individual therapy as well as couples therapy. I am happy to help with a range of subjects and work to be open minded and willing to learn.
