Most relevant

Terrible experience. Didn't show up until 30+ min since I didn't "confirm the appointment" (I got a confirmation email and nothing else requesting additional confirmation). Her phone was on full volume, I could hear her sending/receiving texts while I was answering questions related to my anxiety, as well as alarms and calls going off -- horrifying. Additionally I swear I could hear at least 2 people in the background. I've been going to therapy for over 10 years and this was a shocking first.
