I enjoy working with individuals who are open to exploring their strengths and who value the collaborative journey we take together in therapy. I also have a deep passion for working with people of color, who may be dealing with the complexities of cultural identity, systemic issues, or generational trauma. I hold a Master's in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients through these challenges with empathy and cultural sensitivity.

I approach therapy with a strengths-based perspective, deeply valuing the collaborative relationship between client and therapist. My goal is to support you to help you become the best version of yourself. I specialize in EMDR therapy and have extensive experience working with clients who face trauma, anxiety and the unique challenges of being a POC.
