Getting to know Jennifer Kapelos

I have worked in the field for over 20 years. I have worked in a variety of setting with a wide variety of individuals. I enjoy doing therapy outside, on trails, office or virtual. I specialize in PTSD, trauma processing, anxiety, depression, OCD, neurodivergent, and related issues. I was told I was a counselor in 4th grade and have always been a counselor in heart. I have had a long journey getting to this point and it has taught me much about myself and others. I want to help people get to the point where I am sooner than it took me.
