Getting to know Jennifer Kilroy

My experiences in varied settings over the past 20 years have given me the opportunity to see what works and what doesn't work for patients. I combine holistic and traditional methods to help you gain emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. I help patients develop effective skills and strategies that provide emotion and nervous system regulation, so they can live their lives to the fullest. We all experience unique challenges stemming from stress, anxiety, depression, work, relationships, family, and health. I know life can be stressful and hard, but you can feel better. I want to help you build better coping skills and strategies during these difficult times. I earned my Master's in Counseling from Rhode Island College. My office is located in Cranston, RI, but I am also licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, allowing me to do Telehealth appointments with people in these states. I enjoy helping others learn how to help themselves. I look forward to working with you.
