Her early training in community mental health and private practice settings included supportive, psychodynamic, systems and grief therapies. Her subsequent trainings included dialectical behavior, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness therapies, as well as further intensive dynamic training. Jennifer has a compassionate down to earth style and is skilled at tailoring an approach to each individual’s unique situation and goals. She looks forward to listening to you and helping you cultivate tools for relief, insight for clarity and hope for a new direction. In her free time Jennifer enjoys spending time with family, reading and time in nature.
