Getting to know Jennifer Lopez

Welcome! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist based in FL. I received my Masters from Saint Mary‚Äôs College of California and have been practicing for 13 years. I have been trained in trauma informed care, and I am a certified clinical trauma professional. I have experience in working with adolescents, young adults, and families with a variety of mental health issues. I also have experience advocating and working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other traumas. I also have a passion in supporting mothers during pregnancy, prenatal, and post partum. It is truly important to have support during this transitional time in life. It takes a village to support a mother, and I hope to be able to guide you during this time in life! Overall, as a clinician my main focus in treatment is helping you increase self compassion, and help gain a new healthy perspective of self, especially after experiencing a situation that may feel like it is life altering.
