You don’t have to be strong all the time. If you’ve been carrying emotional pain, feeling unseen, or wondering why certain experiences still affect you, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. I work with individuals navigating trauma, grief, and difficult relationship experiences, especially those connected to family wounds, loss, or feeling emotionally disconnected. Many of the people I work with feel like they are “too much” or not fully understood. Others feel pressure to hold everything in or stay strong for everyone else. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences, rebuild your sense of identity, and begin to feel more grounded, connected, and at peace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After scheduling your appointment, you will receive intake paperwork that must be completed within 24 hours to secure your appointment. This includes consent forms and background information necessary to begin services. Please note that appointments are considered confirmed only after all required paperwork has been completed. If forms are not received in time, the appointment may be canceled or offered to another client. You will receive a follow-up message with instructions for your session. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a reliable and supportive scheduling process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our work together, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself. You don’t have to have the right words or everything figured out—we’ll work through it together. I help clients better understand their emotions, identify patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping and relating to others. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and confident in how you move through your life. I work with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences. In our sessions, we focus on understanding your story, exploring how your experiences have impacted you, and creating practical tools to help you cope more effectively. Over time, many clients begin to feel more connected to themselves, more confident in their relationships, and better able to manage their emotions. Healing is a process, and we take it one step at a time in a way that feels supportive and manageable.

Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $120 for 60 minutes
  • Sliding scale: Offers lower out-of-pocket fees on an individual basis, typically based on your ability to pay
  • Files your insurance claim: You pay the session fee upfront and the provider files the claim for you, so you can get reimbursed directly without worrying about the paperwork
  • Charges post-reimbursement amount: This provider will only charge you for the amount you pay after you get reimbursed from your insurance plan, so you don’t need to pay the session fee upfront
