I am currently licensed in Alabama with 17 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbt-related issues, severe mental illness, addiction, relationship issues, communication, career assessments, grief, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I strive to take each person’s therapy journey as individualized as possible in hopes of bringing forth positive change and resolution. I look forward to working with you.

- Set clear goals: It's important to have clear goals for therapy so that you and I are on the same page. In our first session, we will discuss your goals and work together to create a treatment plan that outlines the steps you will take to achieve those goals.
