Hi I know you are taking a step in the right direction to get help. I am a calm; patient and mindful therapist. I have been providing therapy for parents; children; teenagers and adults for fifteen years. I am still amazed how wonderful the human experience is and how beautiful it is to help someone. I practice mindfulness techniques and have been meditating for over twenty years. I love sharing what I have learned and use most of my suggested coping skills to manage through tough times. My son; dog and I enjoy going to the beach; bike riding; camping and exploring outdoors. I look forward to meeting you.
