As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a supportive, honest, and down-to-earth space where clients can show up as themselves without fear of judgment. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with codependency, relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, caregiver burnout, and unhealthy patterns that leave them feeling emotionally drained or stuck. My approach is compassionate, relatable, and interactive — I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not just a place to vent. I am an engaged therapist who provides direct feedback, insight, and practical tools while helping clients better understand their patterns, boundaries, relationships, and emotional needs. I work collaboratively with clients to build healthier coping strategies, stronger self-worth, and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, confidence, and the ability to make choices that align with who they truly are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I bring authenticity, honesty, and warmth into the therapy process. I am relatable and conversational in my style, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being open and real. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and I actively engage with clients by offering feedback, perspective, and guidance throughout sessions. Many of the clients I work with struggle with people-pleasing, overfunctioning in relationships, difficulty setting boundaries, or losing themselves while trying to care for others. Together, we work on identifying unhealthy patterns, improving self-awareness, strengthening boundaries, and building a healthier relationship with themselves and others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process starts with getting to know the client’s story, current challenges, relationships, and goals for therapy. I focus on understanding the patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, especially in relationships and family dynamics. From there, we work collaboratively to develop insight, healthier coping skills, stronger boundaries, and more balanced ways of thinking and responding. Sessions are interactive and supportive, with space for both emotional processing and practical feedback. I help clients connect the dots between past experiences and present behaviors while also focusing on real-life strategies they can apply outside of therapy. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, emotionally grounded, and confident in themselves and their relationships.

More information on payments and coverage

We understand that accessing mental health care should be as simple and stress-free as possible, and we aim to provide flexible payment options to meet a variety of needs. Our practice accepts insurance, as well as private pay, and we are committed to helping clients make the most of their available benefits. For convenience, we accept multiple forms of payment including Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, checks, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. For clients using insurance, we can bill in-network plans directly when applicable. We also work with out-of-network insurance providers and can assist in negotiating single case agreements or letters of agreement when appropriate, helping clients access care while maximizing their insurance benefits. Additionally, we can provide superbills for clients seeking reimbursement through out-of-network coverage. Our goal is to reduce financial barriers to care and provide clear guidance around payment and insurance so clients can focus on their mental health and treatment goals.
