Jennifer earned her master’s in social work from the University of South Carolina where she was a member of Phi Alpha Honors Society for social workers. Jennifer served for a year as a Guardian ad Litem in Lexington County, SC. She has a diverse mental health background, including case management for youth aging out of foster care, therapeutic work with geriatric patients in home health care, and providing individual and group therapy in the in-patient psychiatric setting and in private practice. “I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where feel clients validated in their life experiences.” Jennifer is hopeful that she can help you realize that life is worth living. Jennifer is a Certified Dialectal Behavioral Therapist through Evergreen and is trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for OCD. She treats anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD. She has special interest in helping clients manage work stress, increase emotional regulation. In her free time, Jennifer stays physically active, enjoys creative arts and travel with her teenage son. Also, she has two cats, Pumpkin and Sammers who like to pop into sessions from time to time.
