I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and incorporates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions. Together, we will work toward developing practical coping strategies, increasing self-awareness, and building resilience to support lasting emotional well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it's completely normal to be unsure of what to expect. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences at your own pace. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the healing process, so I focus on building trust and working collaboratively with each client. My style is warm, supportive, and practical. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop realistic tools to help you feel more confident and move toward the life you want.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll ask about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you hope to gain from treatment. Together, we'll identify goals that are meaningful to you and develop a plan that fits your unique needs. In ongoing sessions, we'll explore challenges, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and build practical coping skills you can use in everyday life. My approach is collaborative, meaning we'll work together to find strategies that fit your values, strengths, and goals. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and strengths-based techniques, while always tailoring treatment to each individual. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to make meaningful progress between visits.
