Hello! My name is Jennifer. I come to you with over 10 years of experience in helping people find a way to achieve a lifestyle that reflects what matters most to them. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. I believe in developing a partnership that focuses on personal values, individual strengths, and goals to work through the daily struggles that can remove the excitement and joy each day can bring. By creating an open and non-judgmental space, you will be able to work through the barriers that can intensify symptoms of depression, anxiety, low motivation, or any other factor that impedes your ability to live your life to the fullest.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When meeting with me you can expect to have a session where you are the focus. By the end of the session you will hopefully have a gained some coping skills, increased insight, and direction as how to best tackle the stressor that creates barriers to living your best life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
