Hello! I am a Jennifer M Nevadomski, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been in the field of counseling since 2007. My experience has come from a variety of settings. My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, and mindfulness, among others. I offer a nonjudgmental environment that is genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I will work collaboratively with you and your goals to determine your individual needs and to provide the best care possible. At Nevadomski Counseling, we provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking therapy. Our licensed professional counselor specializes in a range of mental health concerns, including anger management, trauma, depression, anxiety, and more.
