Psychotherapist
TX
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to create a trusting, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions while working toward your goals. Every journey is unique, and I would be honored to help you navigate life’s challenges. I support individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergent experiences, communication struggles, self-esteem concerns, LGBTQ+ experiences, parenting challenges, and work or school stressors. I am especially passionate about helping women through life transitions, including motherhood and stay-at-home parenting, empty nest adjustments, career stress and burnout, and the individual experiences of perimenopause and menopause. As a Mental Health Professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), I also provide counseling for individuals and couples experiencing fertility challenges, including pregnancy loss, intimacy concerns, and the use of assisted reproductive technology to grow a family or preserve fertility. Using a holistic and evidence-based approach, I integrate professional expertise with personal insight from over 20 years of marriage and parenting two boys. I am committed to helping you feel understood, empowered, confident, connected and supported as you build stronger relationships and create meaningful, lasting change. I am currently licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
