Hello! I'm Jen (she/her/hers), and I specialize in providing individual therapy to teens and adults. I recognize that searching for a therapist can be an overwhelming process. My goal is to provide you with a safe and welcoming space to be your authentic self while finding understanding, healing, and growth. After getting to know you, I will collaborate with you to determine a path forward and create a plan for therapy. I hold an MSEd in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Brockport.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am experienced in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, phase of life and transition work, gender and sexuality, infertility, and career concerns. I look forward to meeting you!

I was never seen just bc I don't own a credit card when her listing clear say they take my insurance. I was told they needed a card in case I was late or didn't show it would be a $70 charge, and bc of that reason, I had to cancel my appointment! I don't think that's right!!
