I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to name just a few. These methods, along with my compassionate approach, will support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Jennifer is an amazing therapist. I was always hesitant to se a therapist but it feels very natural with her. She Has helped me bring things to light that I didn’t know was a big Issue. In the little time that I’ve seen her, I believe I’ve made a lot of progress and grown towards my goal. Not only does she listen but she asks questions that allow you to open up. She only goes as far as you’re comfortable and I love how comfortable I am to open up. She’s a great therapist 1000/10 I recommend her !!!
