As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University, I offer a warm and comfortable environment for each individual I am blessed to work with. Whether you are an adolescent or teenager needing a space to figure out life, a parent supporting an adolescent through the challenges of growing up, or an individual seeking help after a divorce, breakup, or personal crisis, I will work with you to create collaborative goals that help you see the light at the end of the tunnel. I counsel clients facing a range of issues, from relationship challenges to parenting and coping skills, all aimed at building a stronger sense of self-awareness and self-management. I use a variety of styles and techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I meet. My hope is that every client leaves a session feeling hopeful and with a stronger sense of self—empowered to build resilience and thrive.
