Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I am looking forward to helping you as you explore, learn, and grow through therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey. Therapy is a personal journey of healing, growth, self-love, and empowerment. No two people will have the same experience. I offer a collaborative, safe space for individuals to express themselves. My goal as a therapist, and as a person, is to always make sure that everyone feels welcomed, valued, and accepted. I want everyone to feel like they are in control of their life and can cope with anything that comes their way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We will work together to develop goals to assist you with reaching your desired outcome and helping you become the best version of yourself. We will achieve this by finding effective coping strategies and increasing self-awareness to promote positive outcomes and navigate through the daily stressors of life.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
