I specialize in working with adults and children who struggle with trauma, severe mental illness, and substance abuse. What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to help and encourage you to share what you are struggling with so that we can get to the root of the problem as soon as possible and come up with a treatment modality that will work for you. Within the first few sessions, you will develop a better understanding of your specific issue, a toolbox of coping strategies, and a concrete plan of action.

I want to hear your story, help you better understand thoughts and feelings related to your story, and help you develop better perspective. Throughout this process, I will work hard to truly understand your worldview and how it impacts your take on life.
