I am a clinically licensed therapist specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I love working with adults, teens and children. I am passionate about helping others overcome obstacles so that they can live their best lives. My sessions are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward your personal goals. Whether it’s dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or past/current trauma, I am here to support you every step of the way. We will work together to develop practical strategies for positive change. I earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare and obtained my clinical license in 2022. Additionally, I have nearly two decades of experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. I use a trauma-informed approach in my therapy practice, because I believe that trauma impacts all of us in one way or another. I know it can be difficult to trust someone when you feel vulnerable. Reaching out for help takes courage and I applaud you for taking the first steps toward a healthier future. I want you to know that I will be here to walk alongside you on your journey.
