As a Bilingual Clinical Therapist, I empower community members to overcome trauma, including early childhood trauma, relational trauma, and attachment woundings. Together, we build skills to strengthen your nervous system, unpack trauma, and co-create a loving, healthy mind-body connection. By regulating your central nervous system, we establish a calm, loving foundation to help you thrive in all aspects of your human experience-with a healthy self-concept and a unified emotional mind, body, and soul. Utilizing the perspective of self-love, your strengths and life experiences will assist you in standing in your power and thriving despite the world around you. I hold a Master's in Mental Health and Disabilities from Columbia University, a Master's in Special Education and General Education from New York University, and a Bachelor's degree from St. John's University.
